1. Agreement

These terms govern your access to and use of EmbedBlocks (the “Service”) — the website, API, and WordPress plugin at embedblocks.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you’re using the Service for an organization, you’re agreeing on its behalf.

2. The Service

EmbedBlocks turns a URL into a responsive embed or a preview card via an API and a WordPress plugin. It fetches publicly available metadata and official embed markup from the source you provide. We don’t control third-party content and aren’t responsible for it.

3. Accounts & API keys

• Sign-in uses a one-time code sent to your email — there’s no password to manage.
• Your API keys are secrets. Keep them private; you’re responsible for activity under your keys.
• You can rotate (revoke) keys at any time from your dashboard.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to process content you don’t have the right to embed, or that is unlawful.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, probe security, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell raw API access as a competing embed API without permission.

Requests are rate-limited. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the Service.

5. Availability & changes

We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it on a best-effort basis. We may add, change, or remove features, and provider coverage may shift as third parties change their platforms.

6. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmbedBlocks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
